are intended for closed-course and/or competition use only. Alteration
of emissions-related components can constitute violation of federal
and/or state laws. Substantial fines and penalties can result if used
for other than closed course competition use. Use of unauthorized
components and use of a vehicle in competition can affect a vehicle's
warranty coverage. Parts used for closed-course and/or competition are
not covered by any warranty and are not returnable. Quantities may be
limited and replacement parts may not be available.
Accuracy of Depictions and Descriptions:
We make considerable effort to ensure product images
and descriptions on our website reflect the actual item(s) you will
receive when you order them. However, in some cases products depicted on
our website may not be exactly as shown.
Orders will be accepted by phone or by secure website and are subject
to verification, confirmation, and acceptance.
Customers placing orders must provide accurate information to ensure
timely processing and delivery of goods ordered. **U.S. orders ONLY. Due to prohibitive shipping costs and high
potential for fraud, we cannot accept International orders at this
We reserve the right to refuse, decline to process or otherwise reject
orders for any reason including but not limited to inability to verify
or confirm your order, obtain payment or deliver the item(s) ordered.
Most orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day.
Some items may take longer and we may have items drop-shipped from
manufacturers and/or distributors to reduce fulfillment time. We will
notify you upon receipt, acceptance and fulfillment of your order. We
will also provide timely shipment tracking numbers either when or soon
after your order has shipped.
Orders must be paid in full by an acceptable payment method, currently
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover card and PayPal. All credit
card transactions are subject to authorization and no merchandise will
be shipped prior to approval/verification and payment by the Card's
issuing bank for items ordered.
We send shipments via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other reliable carrier. For
large items or at our discretion, we may choose to ship via another
carrier, courier or method. Generally, we will charge the actual
shipping cost to deliver the item to you. In some cases, we will assess a
flat fee for shipping. International orders will require additional
time and shipping, duties and export fees will be added to International
orders and we reserve the right to accept or reject International
orders on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Loss or Damage:
It is your responsibility to inspect packages for damage upon delivery.
If a damaged package was dropped off without an opportunity for you to
inspect the shipment, promptly call UPS at 800-742-5877, or FedEx at
800-463-3339 to file a claim. If an item damaged or lost in shipping is
in stock, we will ship a replacement as soon as we receive claim
information from the freight carrier or as soon as the item is returned
to us. Please understand it is your responsibility to secure the package
once UPS, FedEx or other carrier delivers your shipment to the ship-to
address you have provided to us.
If you order the wrong item or we deliver an item other than what you
ordered, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and
either credit or replacement of the item. Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number is obtained by utilizing the Customer Service
Request Form on our website or calling (866)766-5150. Requests for
authorization to return any item for any reason must be made within 15
(fifteen) days of receipt of order. All items returned must display the
RMA# on the package. All products which are approved for return will be
credited to the credit card you used for payment within 30 days. All
products returned must be in the original manufacturers' wrapping and in
the same condition as originally delivered to the Buyer. Only the
original Buyer may request a return of merchandise. Defective items may
be exchanged for the same item only, and only after the part has been
received and cleared will the Buyer receive the replacement product.
