LeoVince SBK 4/2/1 Full Titanium Exhaust System 2005-2006 Suzuki GSXR1000
This system can be installed as a high-mount configuration using the supplied muffler hanger bracket, or using the stock hanger, in a standard mount position.
LeoVince SBK full systems provide a fully-optimized header and canister design. They offer substantial weight savings, increased horsepower and are engineered to run at peak efficiency with stock jetting or fuel injection settings.
LeoVince employs a mixture of both old-world craftsmanship and the latest technology the industry has to offer. For example, tube bending, welding and even packaging are all done by hand, while design, R&D and testing are all performed with the aid of computers, CAD/CAM programs and dynos. Another important aspect to the construction of LeoVince exhaust systems is that they are built almost entirely in-house. The titanium silencers, the carbon fiber brackets - everything you see (except a few nuts and bolts) is produced by LeoVince technicians.
For street bikes LeoVince slip-ons will bolt on and offer a performance increase without any further work. The same holds true for full systems (though dyno time and ECU adjustments are recommended to get the highest possible performance out of the full systems). Also you may wish to try disconnecting the battery and leaving it disconnected for a few minutes after installing the pipe, then reconnecting the battery and starting the bike. This allows the ECU to reset and adjust its own air/fuel parameters based on its sensor readings. LeoVince pipes perform very well with stock jetting.
